摘要：我国的城市化进程是一种政府指导的制度变迁,在这一变迁中会遇到一些阻碍。文章主要讨论的是城市化进程中农村撤制村、队过程中的一些冲突。关注农村社会冲突,不能不关注农村社会中的非正式制度的影响。因为相对而言,非正式制度的影响在农村要大于城市。文章通过对政府城市化进程中的撤制村、队工作的案例研究来说明,在农村组织中良性的非正式制度所具有的认同功能可以决定农村撤制村、队这一强制性制度变迁的顺利与否,并且这一认同功能在农村中有其特殊的传递机制。
With the development of Chinese economy, government quickens the speed of rural urbanization. The nature of rural urbanization in China is a change of rural institutions, which belongs to force-derivative institutional changes. In the process of rural urbanization in China, there are many conflicts emerging between government and rural people, which caused by the impact of rural informal institutions. Informal institutions widely exist in our society, and the impact of informal institutions to country is bigger than that to town. A case study shows that good informal institutions can provide identity which can settle these conflicts. And also the identity in rural force-derivative institutional changes has a special transfer mechanism.
