摘要：知识管理在企业中应用,可以改善企业的管理绩效,并提升企业的竞争力。提出了评估企业知识管理的两个维度——知识整合和知识创新,并以此为基础,建立了基于知识管理水平的企业分类二维四分模型,通过对模型中4类企业的详细分析,给出了各类企业的不同演进路径。
Enterprises can improve its performance and enhance their competitive ability by applying knowledge management. The article puts forward two dimensions knowledge integration and knowledge creation, which are used to evaluate enterprise knowledge management. Then,it begins to establish a planar quartered model which is used to classify enterprise according to evaluating the level of an enterprise＇s knowledge management. It analyzes four kinds of enterprise knowledge management deeply. The evolution routes of the four kinds of enterprise are discussed respectively.
