摘要：NOVELTY - A recombinant cyanohydrin lyase comprising (a) a 532 amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) fully defined in the specification, or (b) amino acid sequence obtained by inserting, deleting or substituting at least one amino acid residues of SEQ ID NO: 2, and maintaining catalytic activity of cyanohydrin lyase, is new. USE - The recombinant cyanohydrin lyase is useful for preparing optically pure chiral cyanohydrin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The recombinant cyanohydrin lyase is simple to prepare, and has excellent catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) isolated nucleic acid encoding the cyanohydrin lyase; (2) recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleic acid; (3) recombinant expression transformant comprising the recombinant expression vector; (4) method for preparing recombinant cyanohydrin lyase; and (5) use of recombinant cyanohydrin lyase for preparing optically pure chiral cyanohydrin by performing asymmetric cyanation reaction using latent aromatic aldehyde.
