摘要：图书馆绩效评价就是对图书馆各项资源的投入和产出效益的分析与比较。文章在介绍图书馆绩效评价意义和内涵的基础上,分析总结了图书馆绩效评价研究的发展脉络。认为系统深入地研究图书馆绩效评价的基础理论,积极拓展图书馆绩效评价的应用研究领域和空间,科学地选择评价指标体系和评价方法来定量分析和综合评价图书馆绩效,对促进和加强我国图书馆事业的发展,推动绩效评价研究向客观化、科学化、规范化的方向迈进,具有深远的理论意义和实践价值。
Library performance measurement is the benefit analysis and comparison of all input and output resources of libraries. Based on introduction of measurement significance and connotation of library performance measurement, the paper analyses and summarizes the development skeleton of library performance measurement research. The paper argues that the deep study of the of basic theory of library performance measurement, active expand of the applied fields of library performance measurement, and scientific selection of measurement index system and method for quantitative analysis and comprehensive measurement of library performance, have profound theoretical significance and practical value for promoting and strengthening the development direction of library career, propelling the performance measurement toward objectively, scientifically and standardized.
