摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves mixing pyroligneous liquid and carbonized material with particle size of less than 200 meshes in uniform manner. The liquid and material are stirred for 3 hours at 20-40 degrees centigrade. Water in an oil bath is vaporized at 130-140 degrees centigrade, dried the water for 48-72 hours at 105-110 degrees centigrade and an experiment sample is obtained. The sample is catalytically gasified with a water vapor under conditions that reaction temperature is 750-850 degrees centigrade, partial pressure of the vapor is 40-70 percentages and reaction time is 30-90 min. USE - Method for catalytically gasifying carbonized material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring the conversation rate and the gasification rate of the carbonized material more than 3 times of that without catalyst after the catalyst is added, thus improving the gasification of the carbonized material and recycle the product.
