摘要：NOVELTY - Recombinant expression vector, comprising an expression vector and an exogenous nucleotide sequence integrated on the expression vector, where the exogenous nucleotide codes the ice nucleation protein membrane locating element of Pseudomonas syringae and the fusion protein of 3-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase of Edwardsiella tarda and the ice nucleation protein membrane locating element is used for locating the outer membrane of 3-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase, is new. USE - The multi-valence live vaccine comprising the vector is useful for preventing fish disease caused by Vibrio anguillarum and Edwardsiella tarda (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vaccine, comprising the vector: has good immune protecting effect, simple use, high safety and low cost; provides a safe and economical means for preventing diseases of fish; and is suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a multi-valence live vaccine for resisting Vibrio anguillarum and Edwardsiella tarda obtained by transforming Vibrio anguillarum attenuated strain with the Vibrio anguillarum recombinant expression vector.
