摘要：为应对全球风险社会背景下不断加剧的环境问题,环境伦理学与环境社会学分别以伦理责任与价值关系、环境行为与社会结构为核心议题形成了各自的理论谱系。二者间存在的理论分殊及其各自的解释限度表明,寻求一种兼具本原性、实践性和方法论于一体、伦理与实践相融合的新范式,以期建立多种环境伦理基础上的、统一的人类生态文明体系,是因应全球环境风险和环境问题的根本逻辑。而推进环境正义与环境公平的有机统一、内在价值向系统价值的转化、权责平衡的环境合作治理、人与自然以及人与人之间双重关系的协同建构,则是实现这一目标的几个关键着力点。
In response to escalating environmental problems against the background of global risk society, tal ethics and environmental sociology have formed their own theoretical genealogy centering on ethical responsibility and values, environmental behavior, and social structure. The theoretical differentiation between these two theories and their limitations in interpretation show that the pursuit of a new paradigm that combines original nature, practice and methodology with the integration of ethics and practice so as to establish a unified system of human ecological civilization on the basis of a variety of environmental ethic is the fundamental logic in response to global environmental risks and environmental issues. Promotion of organic unity between environmental justice and fair environment, conversion of intrinsic value with system value, cooperative governance with divided responsibilities, collaborative construction of dual relationship between man and nature and interpersonal relationship, these are major focuses of action to achieve this goal.
