摘要:A triple-layer ARC (SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2) on monocrystalline Si solar cell was formed using their aqueous sols by spin-coating technique. The refractive index of the coatings was measured by an ellipsometer and the reflectance spectra of silicon wafers were determined by an spectrophotometer. Wetting angles of the coatings on substrates were observed by taking photos by a DSLR camera. The wetting angles of the TiO2, SiO2-TiO2 and SiO2 coatings are 25.6 degrees, 25.5 degrees and 21.1 degrees, respectively, indicating their high wettability at the interface of the substrate-coating. The average reflectance of the optimum SiO2/SiO2-TiO2/TiO2 tripe-layer ARC coated silicon is approximately 11.7% in the wavelength range between 300 and 900nm, approximately 66.7% lower than that of the bare silicon. The results indicate that the aqueous sols are suitable for low-cost solar cell fabrication.
