摘要:针对乙烯直接氯化制二氯乙烷这个气液反应的特点,应用反应工程理论建立了操作参数,乙烯、氯气配比及其二者在二氯乙烷中亨利常数的比值关系式,并着重分析了它们之间的内在相互制约关系,从而根据估算值,推得了初步操作参数。
In this article, based on the gas - liquid reaction character of direct chlorination of ethylene to ethylene dichloride, through chemical reation engineering theory, operation parameters, ratio of ethylene to chloride and the correlation formular of both Henry Constants in EDC are obtained. Then analyzing the interrelationship between them. According to the estimation, the primary operation parameters are drawn.
