摘要:侧凹特征的识别影响着分模方向、分型线和分型面的确定,以及型芯与型腔镶块的产生、局部成形工具的构造及它们的运行机制。最佳分模方向的确定有赖于侧凹特征的识别。因此,在整个模具设计过程中,侧凹特征的识别必须在其他一切设计活动之前完成。介绍了侧凹特征的定义,建立了侧凹特征库,研究和实现了基于面属性邻接图的压铸件侧凹特征识别。
The recognition of undercut features affects the determination of parting direction, parting lines and face,and it affects the generation of the core and cavity, and creation of the local tools as well as their actuating mechanisms. The determination of optimal parting direction depends on the determination of undercut feature. So, all the undercut features in a mold should be recognized first before the other design activities can be carried out. The definition of undercut feature is introduced and the undercut feature library was set up. The recognition of undercut features of die castings based on the attribute adjacent graph is realized.
