摘要:本文研究了新型高碳聚芳基乙炔树脂(PAA) 的成碳率及其碳布增强防热材料(2DC/PAA) 成型工艺,对复合材料的性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚芳基乙炔树脂的成碳率高于酚醛树脂, C/PAA 材料烧蚀性能优异,氧- 乙炔线烧蚀率0 .004 m m/s ;但材料机械性能较低,剪切强度仅为5 .8 MPa 。
The char yield of a new ablative resin, polyarylacetylene(PAA) and the formation of the carbon cloth reinforced composites(2D C/PAA) were investigated. The mechanical and ablative properties of the composites were characterized.The results showed that the char yield of PAA resin was higher than that of phenolic resin.The ablative performance of 2D C/PAA composites was so good that the O 2-C 2-H 2 erosion was only 0.004mm/s,whereas the mechanical properties of the composites were poor with a interlaminar shear strength of merely 5.8MPa.
