摘要：校外生产实习是工科专业大学生在大学学习过程中必不可少的一个重要环节,对工科专业的人才培养质量有着非常重要的影响。本文针对华东理工大学制药工程专业校外实习现状,介绍了近年来该专业在校外实习基地建设、校外实习师资队伍建设、生产实习的组织和落实、实习教学模式改革等方面的举措与成效。
Off-campus internship is an essential part of engineering students in their four-year university education,and it affects the quality of graduates of Polytechnic Specialty.On account of the current situation of off-campus internship of Pharmaceutical Engineering students of our university,this paper has introduced the measures and effects in recent years about the construction of practice base,the construction of practical teaching faculty,the organization and implementation of practice training and educational reform of practical teaching model.
