摘要：新型农村社区建设的逻辑起点是中国社会现代化,它的发生条件是新型城镇化、新型工业化、农业现代化。新型农村社区既区别于传统农村社区,又有别于城镇社区,它是在当下中国数亿农民站在城镇化的入口处,整个国家由乡村中国转型为城镇中国的大背景下,城乡统筹、城乡均衡发展、城乡一体化新格局下的新事物。在当前新型农村社区建设环节中还存在一些缺憾,需要我们采取一系列的应对策略。
The logical starting point of the new rural community construction is the modernization of Chinese society; its premise is new urbanization, new type industrialization ＆ agricultural modernization. In the current construction of the new rural community there also exist some shortcomings. We need to take a series of countermeasures.
