摘要:石油加氢裂化过程存在着一个由产品价格和过程成本因素决定的最佳单程转化率常值使过程的利润达到最大。相应的最佳操作状态得以确定。文中比较了全循环和一次通过操作方案的优劣并参考工厂具体情况对研究结果进行了例证说明。
To both Once-Through and Extinction Recycle operation schemes,their profit models were achieved by using empirical product distribution model respectively: (?) The optimal single-pass conversion and product distribution were obtained through process opti- mazation.The coordinative production with successive processes would reduce HC process own ben- efit potential.
