摘要:采用冷压成型和自由烧结工艺研制开发出了一种具有优良密封性能的新型玻璃微珠填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料。通过分析测试,深入研究了玻璃微珠对PTFE密封材料性能的影响。结果表明, 玻璃微珠对改性PTFE 密封材料的性能有较大影响,当玻璃微珠质量分数在30%左右且粒度较小时,PTFE密封材料综合性能较佳。
