摘要：Although it is obvious that private enterprises have a preference for the "family system", why do private enterprises voluntarily lock themselves into the "family system"? From the New Institutional Economics' perspective, we will discuss this question, analyze the interactive mode underlying the difference between "family culture" and "enterprises", and expound on the influence of social institutions on enterprises. We select our research samples from the enterprises listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges in China from 2006 to 2010, adopt structural equation modeling to analyze the latest evolution of the "family system" mode in private enterprises in China, and analyze how this mode exerts its impact on corporate governance. The article also verifies whether "Pan-familism" can sustain the original family business' advantages and promote the governance efficiency of family enterprises after the enterprises mature. ? 2016 by Aussino Academic Publishing House.
