摘要：上海注重对美食旅游资源的开发,其开发主要通过美食街、美食节和美食频道模式,这三种模式促进了上海美食旅游业的开发。然而在上海美食旅游的开发过程中,仍存在一些制约其发展的因素:缺乏平价美食街,新兴旅游区域缺乏知名美食街,上海菜的口味不易被国内大部分地区游客所接受。由此提出上海市美食旅游开发应注重美食、美景、美食文化相结合,高中低价位餐饮相结合以及针对不同目标客户群进行宣传的发展建议。
Shanghai does pay special attention to the development of delicious food tourism. There mainly have three development models now： food street model, food festival model and food program model. These three models promote the development of Shanghai delicious food tourism; however, during the process of its development, some restraining factors prevent its develop- ment steps. These factors are shortage of fair - price food streets, shortage of well - known food streets in new traveling regions, low acceptance rate of Shanghai local food taste in China. In this condition, the combination of delicious food, beautiful scenery and unique culture, and taking different kinds of publicity methods to meet the need of different kinds of tourists with different levels of consumption will be beneficial to solving these problems.
