摘要：随着新形势下教育理念的转变以及当代大学生生涯规划意识的相对缺乏,加上当前大学生就业形势的日益严峻,对在校大学生进行有系统、有目的的“生涯教育”和辅导已日渐成为广大高校学生工作者的共识。
Under the new condition of transforming the education ideology,the relative short of career planning consciousness and the increasing austerity of college students' employment,it becomes the common sense among student educators in institutions of higher learning that we should make college students have a systematic and purposive career education and tutorship.
