摘要:钨酸盐单独使用及与其它组分复配使用时均有缓蚀作用。本文简要介绍了钨酸盐作为缓蚀剂的主要应用领域 ,综述了表面分析技术 (包括椭圆偏振法、Auger能谱、XPS及卢瑟夫背散射能谱 )在钨酸盐缓蚀作用机理研究中的应用 ,并对分析结果及存在的问题进行了讨论。
Tungstate can be used as a corrosion inhibitor alone or with other additives This paper briefed the application of tungstate as a corrosion inhibitor Several methods of surface analysis, including ellipsometric measurements, AES,XPS and Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy, used to study corrosion inhibtion mechanism of tungstate are reviewed The results gained by surface analysis showed that the films formed on the surface of iron and carbon steel were mainly composed of O,Fe and W elements The film formed on aluminium in solution containing tungstate appeared to be relatively porous, so that transport of hydroxyl anions and aluminium was not easily restricted
