摘要：在我国 ,社区建设首先是从权力的配置和再优化展开的。应该说 ,这也是一个针对社区公共权力再划分的制度化过程。文章在总结相关理论构架的基础上 ,探讨了社区体制改革与社区公共权力的制度安排等相关问题。
In China, community construction begins with the distribution and the re-optimization of power. To be more specific, it is an institutionalization process which is aimed at re-organizing of community public power. This paper sums up the theoretical framework of community construction, and explores into the relevant issues of the community public power.
