摘要：本文旨在对上海新的社会阶层(中介组织和社会组织)的基本群体特征、工作情况、社会参与等方面进行研究分析。本文主要贡献是基于新的社会阶层人士的思想观念构建了隐形相似性社会网络,研究了新的社会阶层人士的网络介数中心性,发现了不同社会属性、社会参与意愿、经济财富、社会声誉、政治地位的新阶层人士的网络位置分布差异。融合复杂网络理论和新的社会阶层人士隐形相似性社会网络,更好地挖掘个体和群体行为特征规律,制定有效的监督管理方案,对各社会阶层进行服务、管理和引导,高效地开展社会工作。
The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive representation of the basic social characteristics,working conditions,living conditions and social participation of the New Shanghai Social Strata（Intermediary Organizations and Social Organizations）. The main contribution of this paper is to construct the invisibility similarity network between the ＂socialism＂among the new social strata. We analyze the network center of the individual in the network and discover that the different individual attributes,the social participation intention,the economic wealth,the society reputation,political status of the individual are in different location of the network. Based on the theory of complex network,it is expected to explore the laws of individual and group behavior and to carry out social work more efficiently in the process of group management and guidance.
