摘要:餐厨垃圾占我国目前的城市垃圾结构的比例为30%~50%,采用微生物技术是实现餐厨垃圾减量化,资源化和无害化的有效方法。本研究引进日本东北大学选育的复合菌种,利用菌种将餐厨垃圾发酵分解成有机肥料,探究复合菌种降解效果及产出物的可用性,并对中试微生物处理机操作条件进行优化。结果表明,复合菌种处理餐厨垃圾减量率85%以上,升温快速,高温维持时间较长,腐熟时间较短,腐熟彻底。Fluent软件模拟结果显示:中试采用七叶桨搅拌器优于五叶桨,搅拌转速为6 r·min-1时,经济性和混合效果均较佳。
wastes makes up 30% —50% of urban wastes. Microbial technology is an effective method to realize harmless reduction and reclamation of food wastes. Composite microbial species,introduced by Tohoku University,were used to ferment wastes into organic fertilizer to explore the degradation effect of composite microbial species and the availability of outputs and to optimize the operating conditions of a pilot-scale microbial processor.The results show that composite microbial species can be used to dispose restaurant wastes and the rate of reduction can exceed 85%. The temperature can rapidly increase and maintain while the rotting process is thorough and quick. Results of Fluent software simulation show that a seven-leaf agitator is more effective than a five-leaf paddle. A rotational speed of 6 r·min^-1can be used to achieve an optimal economic mixing effect.
