摘要:提出了一种标题化合物的合成新工艺。以环戊酮为原料形成烯醇硅醚,然后与2-(4-溴甲基)苯丙酸甲酯进行偶联制得2-(4-((2-氧代环戊烷)甲基)苯基)丙酸甲酯,最后水解得到标题化合物。其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、MS表征,总收率为40%。该工艺路线短、方法新、三废少,具有很好的工业应用前景。
The work proposed a novel method that employ cyclopentanonas raw material to give silyl enol ethers,then coupling with2-( 4-( bromomethyl) phenyl) propanoic acid methyl ester to obtain 2-( 4-(( 2-oxocyclopentyl) methyl) phenyl) propanoic acid methyl ester and finally hydrolyzed to give loxoprofen sodium with an overall yield of 40%. The chemical structures of corresponding intermediates and product were confirmed via1 HNMR,13CNMR and MS. The advantages are concise synthetic route,novel methods and less three wastes,which is with potential industrial application prospect.
