摘要：学术词汇作为学术英语(EAP)教学里的一部分,现已是大学生在英语学习和本专业学习的重要内容,微信公众平台是当下最热门的社交平台,二者相结合的学习方式,实现了传统教学课堂与网络自主学习的统一,促进学术英语学习的趣味性和互动性的发展。基于微信公众平台,开展为期30天的学术词汇自主学习活动,旨在观察学生的自主学习行为并探索其行为特征。结果显示,大部分学生参与了此次活动,学生整体的自主学习行为呈现出自主学习意志力较弱、自主学习时间受课堂时间影响和考试因素仍为自主学习的主要动机等特点。
As a part of EAP teaching,academic vocabulary has played an indispensable role in English learning and academic course. Learning academic vocabulary on We Chat public platform is a way to combine traditional teaching in class and self-regulated learning on line,which promotes the interest and interaction of academic English. It developed a 30-day experiment on We Chat public platform designed to observe students＇ self-regulated learning behaviors. The result showed that the majority of students participated in this experiment and the students are lack of willpower, improper time arrangement and examination-centered in self-regulated learning.
