摘要：为有效赋能新发展格局下体育产业发展,从新发展格局下体育产业发展动能的内涵释义与逻辑指向出发,厘清国内外体育产业发展动能变迁轨迹,基于"社会-政府-市场"三大主体审视体育产业发展动能所存问题并构建模型。研究指出,社会层面内源性动能、政府层面运行性动能与市场层面激发性动能共同构成了新发展格局下体育产业发展动能。在现有发展基础上,我国体育产业要进一步拓宽发展动能的广度和深度,充分发挥三大动能系统与各个要素在内源推动、运行保障与激发革新方面的作用,共同驱动新发展格局下体育产业高质量与可持续发展。
In order to effectively enable the development of sports industry under the new development pattern,starting from the connotation interpretation and logical direction of the development kinetic energy of sports industry under the new development pattern,this paper clarifies the change track of the development kinetic energy of sports industry at home and abroad,examines the existing problems of the development kinetic energy of sports industry and constructs a model based on the three main bodies of“society government market”.The research points out that the endogenous kinetic energy at the social level,the operational kinetic energy at the government level and the stimulating kinetic energy at the market level constitute the development kinetic energy of the sports industry under the new development pattern.China’s sports industry should further broaden the breadth and depth of development kinetic energy,give full play to the role of three kinetic energy systems and each elements in endogenous promotion,operation guarantee and stimulating innovation,and jointly drive the high-quality and sustainable development of sports industry under the new development pattern.
