摘要:本文以镍系催化剂催化加氢制取1,4-丁二醇为研究对象,应用工业反应过程开发方法的基本原则,进行连续加氢反应过程的开发研究,就确定优选工艺条件、加氢反应器形式的选择及反应器主要结构尺寸等进行了论述,考察了反应放大时几何尺寸的影响,并对出现的工程问题提出相应的对策。
Studied on hydrogenation synthesis of 1,4-butanediol by use of Raney nickel catalyst,the continuous hydrogenating reaction process is developed based on the principle of the development method of industrial reaction. The determination of optimizing process condition ,the selection of type of the reactor, and main structure dimension of the reactor are discussed. Effect of geometric size on reactor scaleup is investigated and a method for resolving the reactor engineering problem is proposed in this paper.
