摘要：羧肽酶B是重组胰岛素生产中的一个必需工具酶,同时在蛋白质测序等领域中也得到广泛应用。文章综述了羧肽酶B的结构、测活方法、性质、稳定性及储存条件、提取方法、基因工程方法生产羧肽酶B的研究及重组羧肽酶B的性质等。
Carboxypeptidase B is a necessary enzyme especially in the processing of recombinant insulin and is often widely used in the sequencing of proteins. In this article, the structure, method of activity deter ruination, characteristics, stability, the storage condition, the resolution ways, the production and properties of recombinant carboxypeptidase B were all summarized.
