摘要:对高浓度钛白悬浮液进行了离心沉降试验,研究了细颗粒高浓度悬浮液离心沉降的机理以及分离效率的影响因素。为超细颗粒离心沉降分离研究提供了一定的理论和实践基础,也为钛白粉离心沉降分离的工业化生产提供了理论指导。
The TiO2(fitanium Dioxide) particles and deionized water system was studied by the centrifugal sedimentation experiments. With theoretical analysis and discussion, the factors influencing the separation efficiency for high concentration and small particles were discussed and separation mechanism was given. The foundation for the superfine particle centrifugal sedimentation was pointed out. The future of the centrifugal sedimentation technology in industry was predicted.
