摘要:采用预聚体两步合成法制备了含超支化结构(HBS)的脂肪族聚酯型和聚醚型聚氨酯(PU)弹性体。研究结果表明,引入约1%的端羟基超支化聚酯后,PU的物理机械性能显著提高。与无HBS的PU相比,聚酯型PU的拉伸强度提高了18.2倍。
Compared to aromatic polyurethane (PU) elastomer, the aliphatic PU elastomer always exhibits quite low mechanical properties. Nasar et al studied the reinforcement effect of hyperbranched aromatic polyamide on the mechanical properties of the aromatic PU. However, up till now, the aliphatic PU elastomers with hyperbranched structure (HBS) has not yet been reported in the literature. In this article, some aliphatic PUs consisting of hyperbranched polyester were preoared and studied.
