摘要：21世纪全球经济贸易一体化的国际政治经济新秩序使中国经济形成了转型且区域布局发生了变化,其中长江三角洲的区域特点和经济发展是中国转型区域的组成部分之一。为实现长江三角洲的区域立足世界贸易竞争和本区域发展,本文提出了需要有相配套的长江三角洲准区际统一资源环境保护法和区际可持续发展立法,完善中国国际私法的若干建议,目的为使该区域经济贸易具有持久发展的法律保障作为基石。
In the 21~ st century, the new order of the international politics and economics which integrate global economics and trade makes China to undergo the transformation of economics and change its regional range. The regional characteristics and economic development of the Yangtze River Delta Region are the organic part of the transforming regions in China. To realize the leading role in the international trade competition and the regional development of the Yangtze River Delta Region, this paper proposes that it is necessary for the Region to follow the Environment Protection Law of the quasi interregional unity resource, to make interregional sustainable development legislation and to improve international privation law in order to ensure the regional economics and trade to develop on the basis of the Sustainable Development Law.
