摘要：伴随社会对体育经济管理人才的需求不断增多,部分高校相应地增设了体育产业经营管理专业,形成了一套自己的培养方案。运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对当前国内外体育经济管理人才专业的培养模式进行分析,根据当前社会所需体育产业经营管理人才的特征,提出了应用型复合体育产业经营管理人才培养模式以及在培养模式构建过程中的对策。
With the increasing demand of sports management talents, some higher -learning institutions add the major of sports management and form their own cultivation models. Literature review and expert interview are employed in this article to analyze the cultivation model of foreign and domestic sports economic management talents. Taking into consideration the current social demand for sports economic management talents, this article proposes the model to cultivate interdisciplinary sports management talents and the measure to construct the cultivation model.
