摘要:测定了 300.65 K 下超细 γ Al2 O3 分散在水中的悬浮液的流变性。着重考察了γ Al2 O3 含量、p H 值和电解质对悬浮液流变行为的影响。在 40~500s- 1的较高剪切区,不同条件下测得的流变曲线均可用 H B 模型进行令人满意的关联,关联得到的稠度系数和流动特性指数能较好地反映γ Al2 O3 含量和 p H 值变化引起的颗粒表面电荷、颗粒间相互作用和悬浮液结构的变化。
The rheological properties of γ Al 2O 3 suspension have been measured at 300.65K. The effects of the γ Al 2O 3 concentration, pH of suspension and added electrolyte on the rheological behavior of the suspension have been inspected. In the high shear stress region( =40~500s -1 ), all of the experimental results can be satisfactorily correlated with Herschel\|Bulkley model. Correlated model parameters, i.e., the consistency coefficient K and the flow characteristic exponential n , can reflect the variation of the surface charge of solid particle, interaction between particles and the structure of suspension arising from the changing of the γ Al 2O 3 concentration and pH of the suspension.
