摘要:采用高温扩散方法对一种低品质蓝宝石进行改善实验,改善后的成品为黑色蓝宝石。从样品特性、改善目的及高温扩散原理出发,选用Fe2O3、TiO2、Co2O3作为着色剂,硼砂、Na2CO3为助熔剂,Mg(OH)2为催化剂进行改善实验,设计了系统的改善工艺流程并取得了预期的效果。运用紫外-可见光吸收光谱、X射线荧光光谱及能谱对改善后的样品进行了测试,并分析了改善后低品质蓝宝石呈黑色的原因。
High-temperature diffusion method is used to change the color of one kind of low-quality sapphire into black. Considering the sample's characteristic, diffusion theory and purpose, Fe2O3, TiO2 and Co2O3 are used to change sapphire's color, together with borax and Na2CO3 as fluxing agent, Mg(OH)2 as catalyst, then a systematic improving technique and process are designed and the results come out as expected. UV-VIS, XRF, and EDS spectra are used to test the samples after improving experiments, and the reason why this kind of sapphire turns into all black after improving treatment is found.
