摘要：当前化工安全复合型人才短缺,无法满足化工行业快速发展的迫切需要。为此我校化工专业从2017年起,构建了四年不断线的安全课程体系,从大一至大四分别设置化工安全导论、化工安全仿真、化工过程安全课程和企业EHS风险管理基础课程,全过程培养工程伦理观;在此基础上,进行了一系列课程教学改革,如:根据国内外工程教育认证要求,构建课程量化评价体系;编写新教材,融合系列教材;融合信息技术,建设MOOC课程;开展教学研讨,学习分享课程建设经验。由2020届毕业生能力和在校师生调研结果可知,化工类安全课程体系已初显成效。
The shortage of qualified personnel in chemical safety can't satisfy the needs of fast development of Chemical industry.The systematic courses of safety education in chemical engineering at East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST)have been established since 2017.The courses involve Introduction to Chemical Engineering Safety,Simulation of Chemical Process Safety,Chemical Process Safety,and Fundamental Principles of Environmental,Health and Safety for Companies from freshman to senior,respectively.The engineering ethics can be well educated through the continuous chemical safety education.On this basis,a series of education reform has been carried out at ECUST.They are listed as follows:constructing course assessment record in the supervision of international and civil accreditation;compiling new textbook and integrating a series of professional textbooks;merging information technology into the courses and constructing massive open online courses;conducting education seminar or symposium and studying or sharing experiences of course reform.With a series of reform and practice,the education in chemical safety has shown some effects according to both student outcomes for the graduates in 2020 and survey from the teachers and students at ECUST.
