摘要:为发展可同时纳入面内/面外拘束的结构断裂评定新方法,需要研究便于工程计算和应用的统一拘束参数,并建立其与材料断裂韧性的关联。基于裂尖张开位移(CTOD)定义了一个新的拘束参数A_d,采用有限元法计算了核电压力容器用A508钢不同面内和面外拘束的SEN(B)和C(T)试样在断裂J积分J_c下的A_d,研究了A_d与A508钢断裂韧性的可关联性。研究发现,不同面内/面外拘束试样的断裂韧性J_c/J_(ref)数据和拘束参数A_d之间可以形成一条与参考试样无关的关联直线,表明A_d可以同时纳入面内与面外拘束。A_d参数便于测量和计算,其可望成为一个便于工程应用的统一拘束参数;A_d参数与材料断裂韧性J_c/J_(ref)之间的关联线可望用于结构(如压力容器和管道等)纳入面内/面外拘束效应的断裂评定,以提高传统不考虑拘束的断裂评定的精度。
In order to develop a new fracture assessment method for structures that can incorporate both in-plane and out-of-plane constraints,it is needed to develop unified constraint parameters convenient for engineering calculation and application and establish its correlation with fracture toughness of materials.In this work,a new unified constraint parameter A d based on crack tip opening displacement(CTOD)was defined,and its value at fracture J-Integral J c was calculated by finite element method(FEM)for SEN(B)and C(T)specimens with various in-plane and out-of-plane constraints of nuclear pressure vessel A508steel.The relevance of A d with fracture toughness of A508steel was investigated.It was found that there exists a sole correlation line between the normalized fracture toughness J c/J ref and A d for the specimens with different in-plane and out-of-plane constraints.This indicates that A d can capture both in-plane and out-of-plane constraints.The parameter A d is convenient for measurement and calculation,and it can be expected to be a unified constraint parameter convenient for engineering applications.The correlation line of A d with fracture toughness J c/J ref is expected to be used in fracture assessments of cracked structures(such as pressure vessels and pipes)for incorporating both in-plane and out-of-plane constraints,so as to improve accuracy of conventional fracture assessments without considering constraints.
