摘要:采用溶剂选择性萃取的方法将高含蜡柴油馏分中的蜡萃取出,以获得低温流动性较好的柴油调合组分。从酮类、酯类、氯代烃类及其它溶剂中分别筛选出了较优的萃取溶剂,再对这些溶剂进行比较,确定了乙酸乙酯为用于该原料油的最优萃取溶剂,并确定了用乙酸乙酯作为萃取剂时的最优操作条件:萃取温度为—20℃,冷冻时间为30min,剂油比为2。在该条件下操作时原料油的冷滤点降低了18℃。
solvent extraction In order to obtain diesel blending component with better low-temperature fluidity, was used to extract the wax from light gas oil with high wax content. The experiment showed that ethyl acetate was selected from the tested ethers, ketones and chlorinates, etc. Under the optimum operating conditions of a temperature of -20℃, a cooling time of 30 min, and a solvent/oil ratio of 2,the cold filter plugging point of the light gas oil dropped by 18℃.
