摘要:研究不同官能基聚硅氧烷的成膜性及其在纤维表面的定向排列方式。结果表明:氨基硅形成均匀、光滑的疏水膜,羧基硅形成有一定亲水性的非均匀膜,而聚醚/环氧硅油则形成极性亲水膜。
Functional polysiloxane film and their orientation on fiber have been observed Band studied by scanning electronic microscope (SEM ), contact angle determination and other instruments. Experiment results show that all of the discussed functional polysiloxanes can orient and form film on fiber, but the film properties are different. Amino silicone forms a hydrophobic, even and smooth film, whereas carboxyl silicone and epoxy substituted polyether-polysiloxane forms an uneven, or a hydrophilic film on fabric surface.
