摘要:如何实现中间相的受控生长一直是中间相炭材料领域的热点问题之一。本研究以预处理后的FCC油浆为原料,采用一种带气流导向作用的变径管式反应器通过热聚合实现了中间相的有序生长与融并,最终形成有序结构的中间相焦。试验选择的条件为:变径管式反应器:中段Φ8mm×200mm、端部Φ20mm×50mm;程序升温、多管井式坩埚炉,450℃恒温热转化反应35h止;反应产物(中间相焦)在氮气氛中进行1200℃煅烧实验。实验结果表明:高温热聚合产生的气流单向流动促进了中间相微晶的均匀生长、有序融并,最终形成有序性好的中间相焦。由此进一步证实了热聚合过程中中间相的有序生长与融并是一个非自发过程,体系黏度的增加和气流的单向流动是促进其非自发有序生长的关键所在。合理的煅烧温度制度不仅不会破坏中间相焦的有序结构,反而使有序结构得到进一步发展,而且中间相焦的有序程度对煅烧后中间相焦的有序性发展有一定的影响。本试验得到的煅烧焦与国外商品焦的组织结构类似,碳原子层面堆积高度与片层数比商品针状焦小,碳原子层片之间的距离比商品针状焦大,说明煅烧温度低于国外商品针状焦。
How to control the growth ofmesophase is one of the main topics in the mesophase carbon material field. In our experiments, the pretreated fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) slurry was used as raw material, and ordered mesophase cokes were prepared by using a tubular reactor with changed diameters (the middle section is Ф 8 mm× 200 mm, and the top and end sections are Ф 20 mm× 50 mm) which has the guiding function for the fluid flow. The thermal conversion experiments were carried out in a multi-tube well-crucible furnace, the reaction temperature used was 450℃ and the reaction time was up to 35 h. The product of mesophase coke was then calcined at 1200℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere. It was proved that the mesophase ordered growth and coalescence is a non-spontaneous process, and the viscosity of the system and the fluid flowing in one direction are the controlling factors for promoting the growth of mesophase in order. In calcinations, the orientation of mesophase coke structure can be improved under proper calcination temperature, and the development of orientation of mesophase coke structure is influenced by the ordered degree of mesophase coke used. The structure parameters of the calcinated coke obtained in the experiments are similar to that of the imported needle coke. However, in the obtained calcinated coke, the stacking height of graphite lamellae and the number of lamellae are less than that of the imported needle coke, and the distance between layers is larger than that of imported needle coke. It shows that the calcinations temperature used in the experiments is lower than the calcinations temperature of the imported needle coke.
