摘要:以锌、钙、镍、锰为主要成膜物质,硝酸盐为促进剂,有机酸为稳定剂,研制了一种中高温拉拔型磷化液。该磷化液不含亚硝酸根,磷化过程中无需添加调整剂、沉渣少、性能稳定,其磷化膜特点在于耐磨、耐压,具有可塑性,主要用于金属标准件加工的前处理。通过钙离子浓度对磷化膜影响的研究,考察了总酸度、游离酸度、磷化时间以及磷化温度对膜重的影响,并得出了较佳的磷化工艺。
A phosphating solution was developed for middling and high temperature drawing, which used Zn-Ca-Ni-Mn as main materials of phosphating film, nitrate as accelerant and organic acid as stabilization agent, h had no nitrite and regulative agent, less sedimentary residue and more stable capability. The effects of Ca^2+ eoncentration on total acidity, dissociative acidity, time and tempareture of phosphating processing on phosphating film were studied. Optimal pbosphating parameters were obtained.
