摘要:本文以国产沸石分子筛作为活性组元,用高岭土、氧化铝等作载体制成新型催化剂,通过实验室小试及寿命等实验,研究了该催化剂的使用性能,并通过吡啶-红外酸性测定法探讨了其反应行为,最后用色谱分析比较了反应前后芳烃产品的质量组成分布。
In this paper, the homemade zeolites have been used as the active component with kaolinite clay and boehmite as the carrier to prepare new catalysts. The performance of each new catalyst was studied both in a batch and a flowreactor system. Life tests were also measured. Catalyst characterization was performed by the measurement of pyridineFTIR of solid acidity in a FTIR where pyridine was used as probe base. In addition, the component distribution of the aromatic product before and after reaction were compared by the results of chromatographic analysis.
