摘要:通过溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了SiO2-TiO2/PDMS有机-无机杂化耐酸性涂层。利用FTIR、TG-DTA对涂层结构和热稳定性进行了表征,表明涂层为有机组成与无机网络以Si-O-PDMS共价键连接形成的均质杂化体系,并有好的热学稳定性。对SiO2-TiO2/PDMS耐酸性涂层进行了失重测试、ICP-AES分析、涂层标准对比法和SEM显微分析。测试结果表明:当杂化涂层中PDMS为15%(质量分数)时,在经过220℃热处理后,涂层腐蚀前后粘结力均为零级标准,显微结构无缺陷,显示出良好的耐酸性;有涂层保护的铝合金基板可抵抗50℃下1mol/L盐酸溶液腐蚀至少72h无明显腐蚀,失重量大为降低,耐酸性能显著提高。
Novel acid proof organic-inorganic hybrid coatings composed of SiO2-TiO2/PDMS were successfully synthesized by sol-gel process. FT IR and TG-DTA were utilized to analyze the structure and thermal stability of the coatings. The results showed that the hybrid coating was homogeneous with Si-O- PDMS bond in the hybrid network and possessed good thermal stability. The SiO2-TiO2/PDMS acid proof hybrid coating was characterized by weight loss, ICP-AES, ASTM antitheses and SEM. It indicated that the coating with 15wt% PDMS after heat treatment at 220 ℃ possessed good acid endurance properties with no-defect microstrueture and 0 grade of adhesion both before and after corrosion. The hybrid coatings could protect aluminum substrates from 1 mol/L HCI solution at 50℃without evident corrosion for at least 72 h. The improvement on acid proof properties of aluminum substrates was confirmed by the obvious decrease of weight loss.
