摘要：酸碱理论的发展经历了漫长的时间,从简单的酸具有酸味、碱具有涩味到现在将酸碱理论应用到化合物合成和药物研发中,人们对酸碱的认识也越来越全面。本文介绍了从阿伦尼乌斯电离理论、布朗斯特质子理论、路易斯电子理论、溶剂体系酸碱理论、酸碱正负离子理论、勒克斯-弗勒德氧离子理论到软硬酸碱理论等酸碱理论,并在此基础上提出了动态反应酸碱理论。本文还列举了酸碱理论在有机合成和药物合成中的应用实例。
Throughout the history of acid-base theory,its development has gone through various stages.Initially,it was limited to simple acids with sour taste and bases with astringency.Over time,people developed a more comprehensive understanding of acid-base theory and its applications.This led to using acid-base theory in compound synthesis and drug development.Today,our understanding of acid-base theory is more advanced and sophisticated.In this paper,we have conducted a review of several acid-base theories.Furthermore,we have presented the dynamic reaction acid-base theory and highlighted its various applications in organic and drug synthesis.
