摘要：主要针对清洁生产方案筛选,建立了含AHP约束锥的DEA评价模型。模型中既考虑了主观偏好,又以客观数据为依据,并应用在某生产喹啉类化工厂的不同清洁生产方案的筛选中,计算其效率值,建冷却水池,使冷却水循环使用方案效率值为1时,为优先施行的清洁生产方案。
A DEA model with AHP restraint cone is established for choosing cleaner production（CP）projects.The model is the combination of subjective preference of the decision maker and objective data.An application example that different CP projects of a chemical plant are chosen by the model is given.The efficiency value of the building cooling pond is 1,showing that the chosen project is effective and preferential.
