摘要:利用FCC小型固定流化床反应装置,在催化裂化条件下考察了甲醇在LANK-98,RAG-10,DACS-GQ1,GOR-Ⅲ等四种FCC工业平衡催化剂上的转化反应过程。实验表明,烃和低碳烯烃产率在GOR-Ⅲ上最高。另外考察了不同空速、温度、剂醇比时甲醇在GOR-Ⅲ上转化的产物分布,在空速5h^(-1),温度510℃,剂醇比为10时,烃和低碳烯烃产率分别为23.03%和12.87%。进一步考察了GOR-Ⅲ中添加多产丙烯助剂OlifinsMax后甲醇转化的产物分布,当OlifinsMax占催化剂总量5%时,烃和低碳烯烃产率可分别达到30.54%和16.25%。研究结果表明:甲醇在GOR-Ⅲ上可获得较高的烃和低碳烯烃产率,添加OlifinsMax后烃和低碳烯烃产率有所提高。
The conversion reactions of methanol on four FCC equilibrium catalysts of LANK-98, RAG-10, DACS-GQ1 and GOR-Ⅲ were investigated on a bench scale fixed-bed FCC plant. The demonstration showed that GOR-Ⅲ catalyst produced the highest hydrocarbon and light olefins yields. The distribution converted products of methanol on GOR-Ⅲ catalyst was further studied at different space velocities, temperatures and catalyst to methanol ratios. At 5 h^-1 space velocity, 510 ℃ temperature and 10 catalyst to methanol ratio, the hydrocarbon and light olefin yields were 23.03% and 12.87% respectively. With addition of OlifinsMax additive at 5% of catalyst inventory for maximized propylene, the hydrocarbon and light olefin yields were 30.54% and 16.25% respectively. The study reveals that GOR-Ⅲ catalyst performs well in higher hydrocarbon and light olefin production while OlifinsMax additive offers increased hydrocarbon and light olefin yields to some extent.
