摘要:以低分子量硼掺杂酚醛树脂(BPF)为炭前驱体、正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为无机前驱体、嵌段共聚物F127(PEO_(106)PPO_(70)PEO_(106))为软模板,采用溶剂挥发诱导自组装法(EISA)合成具有高比表面积、高硼含量的硼掺杂有序介孔炭(BOMC)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、氮气吸-脱附仪、透射电子显微镜对硼掺杂有序介孔炭的组成、结构及形貌等进行表征。结果表明,制得的硼掺杂有序介孔炭材料具有高度有序的二维六方介观结构,其比表面积和硼含量分别高达891.17 m2/g和1.36%,孔径为5.5 nm。
Boron-modified ordered mesoporous carbon (B-OMC) with high surface area and boron content has been synthesized via solvent evaporation induced self-assembly (EISA) by using low-molecular-weight boron-modified phenolic resin (BPF)as carbon preeursor, tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as inorganic precursor, and triblock copolymer F127 (PEO106PPO70PEO106) as soft template. The chemical state,structure and morphology of boron-modified ordered mesoporous carbon were characterized by Fourier transform in- frared spectra, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption and transmission electron microscopy measurements. The obtained B-OMC has the well-ordered mesoporous structure, high surface area of 891.17 m2/g, boron content of 1.36% and pore size of 5.5 nm.
