摘要:考察了丹参酮 ( tanshinone,TAN) -聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 ( PVP)的固体分散物在不同贮存环境中的稳定性以及对光和热的稳定性。结果表明 ,固体分散物于常温和干燥的环境中避光密闭贮存1年 ,其中的 TAN溶出度基本保持不变 ,而在 40°C和相对湿度为 75 %的环境中放置 3个月 ,有TAN晶体析出 ,溶出度有所降低。此外 ,加入 PVP可明显提高
The effect of different storing environment, light and heat on the stability of tanshinone (TAN) was investigated. Results show that the dissolution of TAN from the solid dispersion is about the same after being stored under the dry condition and room temperature for one year sheltered from light. However, when the solid dispersion was exposed to an atmosphere of 75% relative humidity (RH) for 3 months at 40°C , some crystalline of TAN appeared again, and the dissolution of TAN from the solid dispersion obviously decreased. In addition, the stability of TAN towards light and heat could be obviously improved by solid dispersion technique.
