摘要：In this paper, synthetic evaluation index system about User Satisfaction of MIS is established from three aspects of system performance, direct benefit and indirect benefit. After indexes' weights are determined by using AHP, a multilevel gray evaluation model for User Satisfaction of MIS is presented on its gray characteristic. Finally, example is included to prove the model is feasible and practicable. This model provide scientific basis for enterprise to evaluate the success of MIS. ? 2008 IEEE.
