摘要:以煤化工高盐废水分盐结晶残液为研究对象,开展高盐体系锌离子赋存状态模拟计算,得到锌的各种形式占比随pH、温度、NaCl盐质量浓度的变化趋势,并以Na2S为沉淀剂研究了搅拌速度、初始pH、Na_(2)S投加量等工艺条件对深度脱除锌离子的影响。结果表明,将高盐有机废水初始pH调节到中性或碱性有利于硫化沉淀法对锌离子的脱除,在反应温度25℃、反应时间20 min、搅拌速度300 r/min、初始pH=8.0、n(Zn^(2+))∶n(S^(2?))=1.0∶1.0时,残液满足废水排放标准。
Taking the high-salt wastewater from the coal chemical industry as the research object,the simulation calculation of the occurrence state of zinc ions in the high-salt system was implemented,in which the trend of the proportion change of various forms of Zn^(2+)with different pH values,temperature,and NaCl mass concentrations was obtained.Using Na_(2)S as a precipitant,the effects of stirring speed,initial pH value,dosage of sodium sulfide and other process conditions on the performance of deep removal of zinc ions were researched.The results indicated that adjusting the initial pH value of high-salt organic wastewater to neutral or above was beneficial to the removal of zinc ions by sulfide precipitation method.At the condition of reaction temperature 25℃,reaction time 20 min,stirring speed 300 r/min,initial pH 8.0,and n(Zn^(2+))∶n(S^(2?))=1.0∶1.0,the wastewater discharging standard of the residual liquid is satisfying.
