摘要:采用Danckwerts搅拌反应器对二乙醇胺(DEA)有机溶液吸收CO2进行了实验研究。实验发现,吸收过程中溶液发生分相的现象,二乙醇胺生成胺盐后从溶液中析出。实验考察了不同温度下的吸收速率以及不同溶液组成下的吸收速率和吸收容量,并对析出的重相进行解吸,其解吸速率随温度的升高而迅速加快。目前醇胺有机溶液吸收CO2的研究未见报道。
The absorption of CO2 in the DEA organic solution was studied in a Danckwerts stirred reactor. In this paper, split phase phenomenon was appeared in the solution. During the absorption, amine salt separated out from the solution. Under different temperature and solution compose, the absorption rate and capacity was compared. The desorption of the weighty section was carried out. The desorption rate rapidly accerlerated when the temperature raised. At present, the absorption of CO2 in the DEA organic solution has not been reported yet.
