摘要：习语反映一种语言的文化特色。对习语所涉及的文化现象通常有归化和异化两种处理策略。在翻译实践中 ,这两种策略相互融汇和补充 ,只有把握好两者的度 ,进行灵活处理 ,方能更好地翻译出习语的特色和内涵。
Idioms reflect various aspects of a language. In line with this cultural phenomenon involved in idioms, two strategies are often adopted, namely domestication and foreignization. These two strategies complement each other and a good translation involves a sensible choice between the two.
